NFL Blitz is football action on steroids...well, more so that usual. Midway's arcade hit features actual NFL players, teams and uniforms. The realism ends there though as players perform 10 yard sliding tackles and 20 foot leaps into the air catching 99 yard passes. Everything about Blitz is bigger than life, from the bulked-out size of the polygonal players to their over-the-top antics on the field.
