Jack Harris (Sutherland) was the best air traffic controller in the business, until one plane crash cost him everything. His personal and professional fortunes wiped out, the only thing Jack has left is the haunting memory of the pilot's last words. Years later, a fierce storm cripples Phoenix and suddenly Jack is hurtled back into the world he'd thought he'd left behind.
