The star of a prep high school basketball team has his sights set on the daughter of the dean. His best friend, who happens to be the coach's son, betrays him because he's jealous of the attention that the star is getting. He concocts an intricate plan that will make his life complete, but things go terribly wrong and the ending is anything but happily ever after.
