Michael Crichton Enters The Game Business

Best-selling author Michael Crichton has announced that he will be working with Sega to develop a video game targeted for release in 2004.

Crichton, who is best known for his works that have appeared on the big screen including Jurassic Park, The Andromeda Strain, Sphere and Twister, says that the video game will be something that he creates from scratch and will not be based on any of his previously published works.

This is the first time that an author of this magnitude has worked directly with a video game company to develop a game from scratch.
