Halle Berry breaks arm on set of new movie

I always thought the showbiz term for good luck was, 'Break a leg!' I guess either I was wrong or Halle Berry was inventing new sources of luck on the set of her new movie on Wednesday.

Warner Bros. has confirmed through a spokesman that the Academy Award winning actress broke her ulna bone (connects the wrist to the elbow) while filming a physically demanding scene for the upcoming Gothika. Berry was rushed to a local Montreal hospital, treated and released.

Studio sources claim that shooting was halted immediately and will resume on Tuesday. Meanwhile, producers Robert Zemeckis and Joel Silver are left to figure out how to shoot around Berry's cast, which could be difficult considering that Berry is in almost all of the scenes.
