Legendary filmmaker Joe Sarno back at it

While the name Joe Sarno might not ring an instant bell in mainstream cinema, the 83 year old man is a living legend in erotica. His films in the 1960s, both domestic and foreign, are considered landmark achievements in the adult industry. Beyond simple exploitation, his films reached a deeper psychological and societal level that made his films stand apart.

After 20 years, the writer-director is returning to the film industry with Seduction Cinema's Laura, which just wrapped principal photography in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Laura follows a top nude model that returns to her rural hometown and encounters a web of carnal intrigue and sexual awakening.

Sarno was involved in all aspects of the film for producer EI Cinema including picking the cast and locations. While many things have changed in the last 20 years, we're sure that Laura will break open new ground in cinema as a whole.
