Tom Cruise Files Lawsuit Against Porn Star

Lying is Risky Business and some people just never learn. Now, Tom Cruise is determined to teach Kyle Bradford a big lesson after his false claim of a homosexual relationship with the Mission: Impossible star.

Kyle Bradford a.k.a. Chad Slater, an adult film actor, told a French magazine he and Tom were lovers and that Nicole even walked in during a "romantic encounter" between them. Tom denies the allegations and has tossed a $100 million lawsuit in the porn star's face.

It looks like Cruise's camp is facing many Days Of Thunder with the impending divorce and now the defamation lawsuit. Will Nicole get to collect any of this cash? Technically, they're still married, right?
