I've got high hopes for Pixar's latest, Ratatouille. I believe director Brad Bird (The Incredibles, The Iron Giant) can do no wrong. My kids and I will definitely be in line to see it.

I'm afraid for Pixar's sake that I may be in the minority. How many people are going to see a movie that they (or their kids) can't spell or can hardly pronounce? I cite the Pret-a-Porter/Ready to Wear debacle.

Perhaps that's why the folks at Disney decided to put a nine-minute preview of the film up on Disney.com. You know, get people excited about the story instead of relying on the title. It also helps that Pixar is now a household name thanks to their phenomenal successes.

In that regard, I guess they've succeeded. I mean I'm writing about Ratatouille and you're just one click away from watching the video preview. (It does look really good.)

Ratatouille (that's "Rat-a-too-ee", you know, as in "rat") is in theaters June 29.
