Ray. Blu-ray. James Bond goes high-def

You knew it was only a matter of time before the world's best-dressed secret agent would make the complete jump to high-definition and today Fox and MGM made it official. On October 21st, they will release six classic James Bond movies on Blu-ray, including a restored version of Dr. No.

Coincidentally (more like intentionally), the latest James Bond romp Quantum of Solace debuts in theaters a mere two weeks later on November 7th.

Joining Dr. No on Blu-ray at the initial launch will be Die Another Day, Live and Let Die, For Your Eyes Only, From Russia With Love and Thunderball.

Casino Royale, Daniel Craig's first stab and the dapper secret agent is currently available on Blu-ray. This new collection leaves only Timothy Dalton and George Lazenby as Bonds who haven't entered the Blu-ray world yet.

Q had better get to work on that.
