Vampire, girl & baby make three in 'Twilight' trailer

Usually when you think about Twilight and threesomes, the love triangle between Edward, Bella and Jacob comes to mind. Summit has gone to great lengths with this week's debut of the feature-length trailer for Breaking Dawn Part 1 to focus your attention on Bella, Edward and their demon spawn that will most likely kill her.

I must admit that I'm not a fan of the Twilight movies, but I also have to fess up to actually seeing the first two movies in the theater. I wish I could say that I saw them in an official capacity, but alas I can't. If it helps, I was extremely inebriated both times.

But no amount of alcohol is sufficient for any sane, reasonable person with a decent taste in movies to allow someone to sit through the abomination that these films are. Now, I realize that I'm going to anger some of you, and that's fine. In fact, you can send all your "sparkly" responses directly to me here and I promise to read every single one. Of course, I might also post them up here as proof of my point.

Unfortunately, no film news site worth their salt wouldn't post this trailer. It's purely business. There's a ton of tweens out there that won't even bother to read these words or if they do won't catch on to the fact that I'm basically ridiculing them for their lack of taste. They probably don't care what an "old fart" like me thinks anyhow.

So, without further ado, allow me to share the Breaking Dawn Part 1 trailer. Sadly, the Part 1 means that there will be a final chapter and yet another trailer for me to snark all over. I can't wait.
