If there's one thing you can count on when it comes to Peter Jackson's movies, it's layer after layer of faux endings. At last count, I believe we were up to something like 37 endings for Return of the King.

All kidding aside, Warner Bros. and Jackson are celebrating something called "Tolkien Week" and "Hobbit Day" this week that marks the 75th anniversary of the publication of The Hobbit. Apparently, it's been a thing officially since 1978 when the American Tolkien Society declared them as such.

Personally, I just think it's an excuse for Peter Jackson to release more Hobbit stuff. I mean, I don't want to call the man obsessed, but he is taking a book that has roughly 300 pages (depending on version) and making three films that will probably each clock in around two and a half to three hours long.

So, with that in mind, we present the second full-length trailer for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey below for your viewing pleasure. I have to admit that sure I give Peter Jackson grief for stretching these films out to ridiculous lengths, but the film looks amazing and I can't wait to see it on December 14.

Of course, it would be a true Peter Jackson joint without multiple endings, right? Don't worry, the official site has you covered there. There are four additional post title treatment stingers in addition to the one of the dwarves being "squashed" by a troll.

You can check them all out by clicking here. Personally, the dwarves ending is my least favorite, what's your favorite ending?

They also released a bunch of new stills for the occasion. You can view a sampling below.
