Kevin Spacey Seeks The Death Penalty

Kevin Spacey is all set to star in The Life Of David Gale. Spacey would play the titular character, who is a college professor that demonstrates against capital punishment on the side.

Through an odd series of events, David Gale is falsely accused and ultimately convicted of murdering an activist. Now, he must race against time to clear his innocent name as he, ironically, sits on death row, awaiting his punishment for a crime he didn't commit.
