Tom Cruise and Renee Zellweger are in talks to reunite on screen, but it won't be in a sequel to the immensely popular Jerry Maguire. Cruise is in final negotiations to play the lead in Cold Mountain and Zellweger is in early negotiations to play his romantic lead.

Cold Mountain tells the dramatic tale of a wounded Confederate soldier who must struggle to return home to the woman that he left behind at the start of the war. You can almost hear it now..."Show me the muskets!"
