Rebecca Gayheart Charged With Manslaughter

Rebecca's fate has been up-in-the-air since she struck and killed a 9-year-old boy while driving an SUV. But the Los Angeles attorney in charge of the case has filed manslaughter charges, which could land the Urban Legends star in prison, a suspended license and a $1,000 fine. This lesser charge was decided after the D.A. said the detectives "failed to provide enough evidence of gross negligence." It's the wrongful death suit from the young boy's parents that could cost her much more.

Ms. Gayheart was reportedly speeding through traffic and swerved around the traffic that had stopped to let Jorge Cruz, Jr. cross the street.

I guess we can call her the Not-So-Clean Noxema girl.
