Two Unlikely Filmmakers To Work Together

Two of the most unlikely of people are about to work together to make a movie. Mark Borchardt, the struggling filmmaker from last year's quasi documentary American Movie, and Lloyd Kaufman, the man behind many off-center independent movies most notably the Toxic Avenger series, are teaming together to make a movie called The Tunnel.

Not much is known about the movie as of yet, but it's a safe bet that it will deal with the supernatural or horror aspects of film since both filmmakers tend to stick to these genres. There was no immediate word if Mark's best bud Mike (aka Lawn Chair Mike) will be cast in the new picture, but the magic eight ball says "all signs point to yes."
