Mike Myers Is A Purr-fect Fit For 'The Hat'

Mike Myers has officially been cast as the lead in Universal's adaptation of Dr. Seuss' Cat In The Hat. Producer Brian Grazer has always insisted that Myers was perfect for the role, but it took the approval of Dr. Seuss' widow to make the casting official.

Cat In The Hat will film later this year with hopes that it will be ready for the big screen in the summer of 2003.
