The daring sequel to the 1997 hit drama FALL - AFTER FALL, WINTER is a dangerous, sexy, poignant and at times darkly funny story about two people seeking love in Paris. Michael (Eric Schaeffer, IF LUCY FELL) is a New York City writer going through a hard time, professionally and mentally, and decides to spend a winter in Paris to find new inspiration. Sophie (Lizzie Brocheré) is a young French nurse hiding a dark secret behind her strong personality.
They both desperately want intimacy and ache for the love that will change their lives. When they meet, their chemistry is instantaneous and they hope to start anew, together. They enjoy a wonderful romance, but their inability to trust each other with the deep truth of their desires and fears casts a dark shadow on the young relationship, ultimately leading to a dramatic conclusion.
