In a dystopian future, political prisoner Jacob Stryker is transformed into a werewolf super soldier by the government, and after escaping to find his missing son he is hunted by a group of cyborg and mutant bounty hunters. A sprawling, shot on video horror/ sci-fi/ action epic from fan favorite Todd Sheets (Zombie Bloodbath) that is one of the most ambitious and offbeat movies of the VHS era.
