The void of Kunlun, hidden in the mountains and seas, nourished countless beings. The Kunlun Medical Hall here is superbly skilled, but there is a disease that has been incurable for thousands of years - black spirit. Physician Shirasawa strives to fight against the Black Spirit, but thinks that he has destroyed the entire Oshima island and is expelled from the medical center.
Seven years later, Bai Ze's medical skills improved by leaps and bounds, but he was blinded by people and could not practice medicine, and he wanted to borrow the medical hall to elect a snow before shame, but under the wrong circumstances, he embarked on a deserted island with the inferior Qilin boy Xiaoyi to carry out a journey of redemption.
The crisis of the Black Spirit is imminent, can they unravel the secret behind the Black Spirit, save all things in the heavens and the earth, and can they light up the light in the hearts of Kunlun sentient beings?
